Since the beginning of this year, in order to implement the provincial and municipal requirements on strengthening the construction of protective facilities in waters where water-related police cases and frequent cases occur, and the implementation plan for the city’s river and lake safety protection work, and further improve the efficiency of river and lake safety work, the depth of the two departments of water conservancy and public security Cooperate to strengthen the prevention of drowning in key water areas. In the near future, 470 sets of life-saving bamboo poles will be added to the circle of friends of life-saving facilities in key waters and hydrophilic shore sections of pilot rivers such as the Old Canal, Beitang River, Zaogang River, and South Canal to further improve the quality of life in rivers and lakes.
