Chaos Ensues at Tamines Academic Year Start: Students Denied Access, Parents Frustrated

2023-09-21 13:36:33

Last Thursday was the start of the academic year in Tamines. But for some students everything did not go as planned…

“My son has been refused access to the course for a weekcomments a parent. He went several times and each time he had to go home because his teachers told him he was not officially registered. It’s incomprehensible because we have taken all the necessary steps.” confides a parent to our colleagues of the future.

Like other young people, he has been waiting for news from his school.

On the Haute École website, a reassuring communication was published today by the management.

“We hereby wish to reassure you: if you have started the registration process within our establishment, you have the right to follow courses and participate in educational activities. Certain specific files (non-fundability or scholarship application ) are currently being reviewed. Our administrative teams will contact you once your registration has been processed.”
