Teresa Suárez, better known as Gaviota (Margaret Rose of Francis), is left without a job at the hotel for lying to not attend his work. Meanwhile, Ivan Vallejo (Christopher Errazuriz) refuses to give Gaviota a date and prohibits him from entering Café Export.

Gaviota talks to the receptionist at Café Express and asks about Sebastian’s life (Guy Ecker). Dona Carmenza (Constance Duke) tells her daughter that they owe money to various shopkeepers, at which point, Gaviota tells her that they have nothing and that now she is out of a job.
Lucy (Alexandra Borrero) insists on her seduction techniques to consummate her marriage to Sebastián, but he ignores her. The young Vallejo’s wife continues to spy on Aurelio and Josefina when they are together.

Aurelio begins to feel something for Lucía and decides to spy on her while she takes a bath. Lucía allows Aurelio to enter her room and they have a rapprochement. Just at that moment, Sebastián arrives at the hacienda and interrupts the moment.
After that moment, Lucía tells Sebastián that she wants to leave the hacienda. Lucía tells Paula, her husband’s sister, about the intimate problems she is having with Sebastián.
Gaviota has lunch with Iván and gets him to hire her as a general receptionist.
