An accident occurred this Friday around 4:30 p.m. in Bouffioulx (Châtelet), in avenue Emile Vandervelde.
According to our local correspondent, a driver behind the wheel of a Renault Clio suddenly veered off course. The vehicle struck several homes before coming to rest against a facade.
The motorist was extricated by firefighters and transported to a hospital.
The local police of Châtelet intervened on the spot.
