Valve added a useful feature to Steam, which quickly found a rather cheating use in Counter-Strike Global Offensive
Counter-Strike Global Offensive has sniper rifles. In normal mode, they do not have a sight, but cunning players have learned how to add one.
For a kind of cheating in Counter-Strike Global Offensive use a perfectly legal tool. Notes are available in the Steam client beta – you can display text on top of the screen and set ghosting.
As a result, a translucent note with a “*” symbol acts as a scope for a sniper rifle in Counter-Strike Global Offensive. It is not yet known how Valve will deal with such a threat.
