Moscow. June 13th. INTERFAX.RU – The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said that the fighters of the West-Akhmat battalion would be involved in preventing attacks by Ukrainian sabotage groups in the border regions of Russia.
In his Telegram channel, Kadyrov informedthat State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov, on his behalf, met with the governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov, representatives of the Ministry of Defense and the leadership of the regional department of the Russian Guard.
He noted that the agenda included issues of interaction in the framework of preventing sabotage attacks by armed groups in the border areas.
“The fighters of the Zapad-Akhmat battalion of the Russian Defense Ministry will be involved in this work, and they will deal with this task in close contact with other Russian units,” the head of Chechnya said.
