Like the iPhones have had, for quite some time, a flash LED1Light emitting diodeor light-emitting diode. built in next to the rear cameras, it also ends up serving as a flashlight in those moments when you most need enlightenment.
Despite being very useful, we often activate the flashlight accidentally — like when the iPhone is in your pocket, in your bag or when you sometimes accidentally touch the screen, for example. And this is very bad, as the flashlight consumes a lot of battery.
It is not possible to completely eliminate these accidental activations, but some tips can make this less frequent. Check out what to do! ????
- Disable the option that wakes up the screen when you tap or swipe it. To do this, open Settings, tap “Accessibility” and “Touch”. Finally, uncheck “Tap or Swipe to Wake Up”.
- Deselect the setting that lights up the screen whenever you lift your iPhone. With Settings open, tap “Display & Brightness” and disable “Raise to Brighten”.
- Use the “Slow” option in the system’s Tactile Touch to prevent the shortcut on the lock screen from being easily turned on. Open Settings and go to Accessibility » Touch » Haptic Touch » Slow.
- If you have an iPhone 15 Pro or 15 Pro Max, turn off flashlight activation for the Action button.
After these tips, has this accidental activation decreased? ????
