Chelsea’s new deal is threatened with “write off” from FIFA!

Chelsea club is facing a new crisis that threatens to sign the newcomer deal, David Fofana.

The 20-year-old signed for Blues in an £8m transfer from Molde.

According to the Daily Mail, Fofana’s first club, Abidjan City, has asked FIFA to ban the player.

She explained that the player’s first professional transfer to Molde, which was free in February 2021, was “illegal”, according to the Ghanaian club.

Club president Marco Tadi said: “We call for the support of Chelsea FC, so that the player’s transfer is suspended until the settlement of the dispute between us and Molde Club is completed.”

Chelsea seem calm regarding the situation and have no doubts regarding scoring with them as the player participated today with the Blues in the FA Cup once morest Manchester City.
