Scientists discovered traces of deformation of local soil and stones as a result of the effect of water and chemicals in an area called Utopia. The scientists published the result of their study in the American journal Nature Geosciance, and said that 60 days of studying Mars brought a number of new discoveries, in particular, the photographs of the surface of the nearby stones, taken by the rover cameras, showed that these stones were exposed to the influence of wind and water. She added that her study will help reveal the geological and hydrological nature of Mars.
The Zhuzhong helicopter is a central component of China’s Tianwen-1 mission, which launched to the Red Planet in July 2020. In February last year, the helicopter reached Mars orbit from where it successfully landed on its surface.
