Cher (Sherilyn Sarkissian) spent $2.95 million on a house in California near the Pacific Ocean. But that was 30 years ago. Since then, real estate prices in the US have skyrocketed. Back in 2009, the owner tried to sell the mansion and land for 45 million, but there was no buyer. Now a new attempt, already for $85 million.
The house has seven bedrooms, a meditation room, a “fear” room where you can hide from raiders, next to it is an “infinite” pool and a tennis court. But there is a completely exclusive highlight in the building – a special room with a microclimate for … wigs. Cher has more than a hundred of them.
– They cost more than Beyoncé’s wigs! – the singer is proud. (The price of the r’n’b star’s collection is about $1 million.)
