Chery has expanded the geography of online sales on the Ozon marketplace. The opportunity to purchase a car with home delivery was previously available only to residents of the Moscow region. Now you can arrange free delivery of the Arrizo sedan or Tiggo crossover anywhere in Russia, reports the automaker’s press service.
The entire gasoline model range of the Chery brand is available for purchase on the Ozon marketplace, namely: Tiggo 4 PRO, Tiggo 7 PRO Max, Tiggo 8 PRO, Tiggo 8 PRO Max crossovers and the Arrizo 8 business class sedan. Chery cars are displayed in a special section of the Ozon marketplace . The client needs to select a car of the desired model, configuration and color from the availability in the Chery online store, pay for the purchase with a bank card linked to the personal account of the marketplace, and select a convenient time and place of delivery. At the specified time, a representative of the Chery brand will deliver the car to the buyer, sign the necessary package of documents with him and hand over the keys. Cars with a hybrid powertrain remain available for purchase exclusively in the showrooms of official dealers.
As AUTOSTAT previously reported, Chery plans to introduce new models to the Russian market. Already this fall, sales of Chery Tiggo 7 PRO and Tiggo 8 PRO hybrid crossovers will begin in our country. At the end of nine months of 2023, 83,425 Chery cars were sold in Russia, which is 3.8 times higher than the figure for the same period last year. As a result, the market share of the Chinese brand in the reporting period amounted to 11.6% versus 4.7% a year earlier. Thus, Chery remains the leader among all foreign automakers in our country.
