Smaller than an average remote control, smaller than a popsicle and thus just as big as a one-dollar bill: With a height of 9.14 centimeters and a length of 12.7 centimeters, Pearl the Chihuahua has recently become officially the smallest dog in the world. This was recently announced by the Guinness World Records organization.
