It is prepared using ingredients like potato, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, flour, red chili powder, oregano, chili flakes and salt. These Crunchy Chili Garlic Wedges will become your favorite.
If you don’t want to deep fry the potato chunks, you can fry them in minimal oil or even air fry them. So that they get their much needed crispy texture.

Ingredients
- Plum, double
- Red chili powder, 1/2 tsp
- Oil, one cup
- Garlic paste, one teaspoon
- Refined flour, 1/4 cup
- Oregano, one teaspoon
- Salt, according to horoscope
- Chopped ginger, one tablespoon
- Chopped coriander leaves, two tbsp
Composition
Wash the potatoes well, peel them and cut them into pieces. Soak them in water for 10 minutes. Now put them in a pot with water and salt. Boil for regarding 5-6 minutes.
Add refined flour and water along with red chili powder, oregano, and salt in a bowl and make a paste. The paste should neither be too thick nor too thin.
Add potato chunks to a bowl and coat them well in this mixture.
Now heat 1 cup of oil in a pan. Put the wedges in hot oil and fry. Fry until golden brown. Remove the fried pieces to a plate.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, chopped ginger and cook for a minute. Now add chopped coriander leaves and fried potatoes to it. Add a pinch of red chili powder and mix well. Cook for just one to two minutes.
