After the warning, the Ministry of Defense came out with an apology. The Ministry of Defense stated that the warning in English was not updated and it was a message sent by mistake.
Foreign Minister Joseph Wu clarified that the current warning is related to the launch of the satellite. If the rocket flies over our sky, there is a risk of debris falling from it.
