“Xiaomi 4K” is not Xiaomi
In fact, there have been many copycat Xiaomi TVs circulating on Chinese online platforms before. There was a very strange case before, that is: the “Xiaomi 4K” TV is not a Xiaomi 4K TV.
There was a Mr. Li who bought this “Xiaomi 4K HD Curved” TV on Taobao.
As a result, after receiving the goods, Mr. Li felt that the TV was not right, and asked the customer service if this was a Xiaomi TV without the Xiaomi logo?
The customer service said “Brand: Xiaomi 4K. Brand new imported screen. National warranty. Warranty for five years, 2 years for replacement.”
However, Mr. Li later contacted Xiaomi officials and confirmed that this TV is really not a Xiaomi TV. Then I went to ask the customer service, the other party responded: “This is “Xiaomi 4K”, it is a different brand.”
The company’s customer service said that the brand of the TV sold was “Xiaomi 4K” instead of “Xiaomi”.
In addition, this online store also sells “Samsung 4K” and “Sony 4K” TVs. The customer service also said that these TVs with the word 4K are other brands.
