[Now News Channel]The Chinese New Year float parade was held in Tsim Sha Tsui on the first night of the new year, attracting a large number of tourists.

After an absence of five years, the Chinese New Year float parade is once again staged in Tsim Sha Tsui, with a group of flight attendants kicking off the show.

The performance of this group of little dragons is very impressive.

This year, a total of 9 floats and 29 performance teams participated in the performance. They came from all over the world, including energetic cheerleaders and familiar cartoon characters.

This year’s performance invited Avantgardey, a popular Japanese female dance group, to perform funny and neat dance steps in a one-piece dress uniform and short hair style.

Both sides of Canton Road were lined with crowds of spectators, all commenting that the performance was being held again after so many years and that it had a New Year atmosphere.

Ms. Cai, a citizen: “This is the first time I have come out to see the floats. I traveled a lot during the Chinese New Year. The atmosphere is already very good. Everyone keeps cheering and listening to songs.”

Mr. Jiang, a mainland tourist: “The float parade is the most beautiful part. The floats are very beautiful. I will definitely continue to come here. I think if I have time every New Year, I will definitely come here.”

Ms. Han, a mainland tourist: “I came here specially this afternoon from Shenzhen. There are relatively few such programs in the mainland. There are relatively few parades and large-scale fireworks. I hope you can do more.”

Citizen Mr. Ye said: “It’s a surprise. There is a lion dance and a dragon dance in the last section. I especially didn’t expect there to be balloons and a dragon flying into the sky.”

It doesn’t matter if you can’t watch the performance in person. The participating floats will be on display at Tsim Sha Tsui Centenary Garden until the 25th of this month, allowing the public to watch and check in at close range.
