Last January, her fraudulent plans began to unravel when one of her former employers found a resignation letter from her in an online work group.

Liu Jian, the owner of a technology company, had hired Guan and 7 other people as sales representatives, but fired them after a 3-month probationary period because they did not make any sales.

After some time, Guan made the mistake of sending her resignation letter to another company, and several online work groups, where Jian was a member of one of these groups, only to realize that Guan was working for another company while she was working full-time at his company.

After conducting some investigations, the man contacted the police to report the fraud he had been subjected to, and the investigations then revealed a large-scale fraud dating back at least 3 years.
