Ingredients (for 12 cookies):
– 1 egg
– 100 grams of sugar
– 50 ml of oil
– 1 spoon of vanilla
– 35 grams of cocoa powder (bitter)
– 100 grams of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 40 grams of icing sugar
Preparation
In a bowl put the sugar, egg, oil and vanilla. Mix it until it is homogeneous. On the other hand, add the flour (sifted), the chocolate and the baking powder and incorporate into the previous mixture. Mix well until a compact mass is formed. Take it to the fridge between 40 and 50 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare a plate with parchment paper, or simply with a little butter, and preheat the oven to 180°C. Once that time has passed, make balls with the mixture and pass them through icing sugar. When they are all on the plate, flatten them a little and bake them for 15 minutes. And ready!!!
