The contest consisted of 46 beautiful women, who made their debut with a performance of “Nora, inheriting the beauty of the land from local to international” from Phatthalung Province. The top 20 finalists were announced before the “Swimsuit Round,” in which the top 10 rounds were announced by the MC. Awards were given, including the “Vincent Clinic Fast Track” award, which was compiled from the votes of beauty queen fans across the country. The contestants appeared in an elegant evening gown round, and the Top 5 were then announced. All 5 showed their flair in answering each other’s questions in 30 seconds. The 4th runner-up was Miss Thailand 2023 MT 47 Amnat Charoen Supansa Wattananusit, the 3rd runner-up was Miss Thailand Year 2023 MT 21 Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Kanokphon Phayungwong, and the 2nd runner-up was Arabela Sitanan Gregory, Miss Thailand Year 2023 MT 23 from Phatthalung Province.
