Sydney, Australia – Two men have been arrested in connection with the abduction and death of 85-year-old Chris Baghsarian, a case police initially believed to be a mistaken identity. Detective Acting Superintendent Andrew Marks confirmed the remains are suspected to be those of Mr. Baghsarian, pending formal identification through forensic testing. Marks as well stated that Baghsarian’s family is “deeply upset” and has requested privacy.
Police are also appealing to the public for information regarding a grey Toyota Corolla seen in the vicinity of the golf club on February 14th. The vehicle may be connected to the investigation, and any information regarding its whereabouts could prove valuable.
