Christian Petit: “Alpine solar should not be done in just any natural environment”

First there was Gondo and Grengiols. Then other Alpine solar park projects were launched, still in Valais, around Grande-Dixence, in Ovronnaz, in Anniviers or even on the heights of Visperterminen. And the list is not exhaustive. Since the urgent law, voted last autumn in the Federal Chambers, the projects are multiplying. And for good reason: to benefit from the subsidies provided for in this text, which can go up to 60% of the total cost of the project, the first kilowatt hours must be produced before the end of 2025.
