Chronic Idiopathic Cystitis in Anxious Cat + Asthma + Coryza

Hi there,
We adopted our Minette, who is now 5 years old, from a shelter, when she had just come from a rescue (about fifty cats in 60m2).
She is sterilized, and does not go out at all because she is afraid of her shadow. In our future home we plan to install a catio to allow him to enjoy the outdoors without being in danger.

Our problem is that she has had cystitis for a year. Since the beginning of his problems, we have been giving him Hill’s Urinary stress croquettes on the advice of the vet. She has had them for almost a year continuously.
The first cystitis lasted for months: the vet clinic stubbornly gave us antibiotic after antibiotic, which didn’t work. They finally offered a urinalysis and an ultrasound which showed the absence of stones and bacteria. On ultrasound, her bladder appeared badly damaged with scar tissue. The hypothesis retained would be stress.
After 3 or 4 cortisone injections every 4 weeks, things went back to normal. But the cortisone woke up his coryza… again antibiotics, which didn’t work. So we were told to do Respicat inhalations… except putting it in a shipping crate stresses it out.
Lately, after several sessions of inhalations, the little piss came back… probably because of stress, then.
Note that Minette refuses to take the treatments, and she is not greedy: in addition to her croquettes, she only eats the jelly from the pâtés of the Leclerc brand…yes, it’s very specific. Any addition of treatment in its mash is a failure. So we end up with pipettes or injections, which stresses her (you see the vicious circle…).
For stress, we tried everything: feliway, zylkene, anxitane,..
Our new veterinarian (we no longer trust the other clinic after all these useless courses of antibiotics) gave us an injection of anti-inflammatories, and recommended soft capsules that were said to be palatable, or to be applied to the cat to let him lick himself. He also prescribed us Neurontin for his stress.
She never wanted to take the capsules, and she painted the apartment with it.. so damn it, she had pipettes straight into her mouth with Neurontin and spasmoglucinol for a week. Improvement of pee… control visit yesterday, his bladder is fuller, the vet takes the opportunity to do an ECBU, which is clean. We therefore say that we are stopping the treatments to see… this morning rebelotte, micro pee.
We are desperate.
In addition I read that giving Urinary croquettes continuously would not be good after all? Our other cat also benefits from it, impossible to have separate bowls, our other cat is bulimic, we had to take a play tower to regulate his diet without depriving Minette.

Would you have any suggestions?
Thank you for reading me.
