A supervisor assigned to the Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations Corps (Cicpc) was arrested and will be charged by the Public Ministry for his alleged participation in the extrajudicial execution of a citizen.
It happened in Antímano and was identified as Jorks Fernández. The official version indicated at the time that it was a “police confrontation.” However, investigations determined that it was an execution.
This was announced by the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, E. Rodríguez will be charged with the charges of aggravated homicide, violation of domicile and improper use of a firearm.
