Citizen forum: MALI-NIGER: BAZOUM Mohamed, philosophical transcendence

In a recent Citizen Tribune we put the cursor on the importance of Faith in a Chief, his Fear of his Creator, God of the Universe, an essential Value which characterizes the Nigerien Tout Court.

The fear of God and Faith make the Chief avoid confinement in pride, sufficiency and the inability to recognize failures in his Public Action.
This is why, with regard to the Initiative of President Bazoum Mohamed to call for Prayers and invocations for our country, we have detected in man without astonishment, Fundamental Social Values characteristic of the profile of the NIGERIAN Citizen VERY SHORT, NTC.
We recalled the importance of neighborhood, especially the culture of good NEIGHBORHOOD as recommended by our Religion. And its implications in terms of coexistence in peace, security and prosperity for neighboring countries.
We recalled the opportunity offered by the Beni Month of Ramadan, to ask forgiveness and to forgive.

This is why we have noted with great satisfaction President Seini Omarou’s unequivocal appeal to work for the promotion of a policy of good neighborliness, on the occasion of his recent Opening Message of the Session of the current National Assembly.

As we know the Ways of God being unfathomable and His Mercy infinite, for “the Gifted with Intelligences”, He Creates “Sabili” to be grasped as Blessings.
Thus, for example, in the face of Death and the pain of a Chief and a People, there can be no room for pride or for petty political calculations, which are very often socially disastrous.

Rather, there is room for the full expression of the Human, of true Humanity, of African Fundamental Social Values.

Like a life-size test, the Disappearance of the Father of the President of the Transition in Mali, made it possible to judge the quality of the Men, their degree of Faith, their sense of the General interest and of the State.

These African Fundamental social values, we found them in the Decision of President Bazoum Mohamed, to dispatch a special Mission to Mali to assure his Young Brother Assimi Goita of his deep compassion, as well as that of the Brother People of Niger.
A presence at their side to also assure them of their prayers so that the soul of the deceased rests in peace.

This is why, we cannot salute sufficiently and at its fair value, the gesture of compassion of President Bazoum Mohamed, his high sense of the State and above all his attachment to our Fundamental social values of FAITH, TRUE FRATERNITY, and FORGIVENESS in this Month of Ramadan.

The President of Niger, and by extension the Nigerien people through this gesture have demonstrated that the sociological and historical links with their Malian brothers experienced by the death of the father of President Asimi Goita, constitute a treasure to be safeguarded by the Generations.

Personally, we had no doubts about the ability of President Bazoum Mohamed to transcend certain small considerations, and principles of political politics, with regard to what we know of the social and human values that he defends, or that he puts forward.

Moreover, in the implementation of such an Initiative, we saw another Delegation Format. However
We have to recognize the quality and relevance of its composition.

A ministerial-level Delegation with a remarkable presence of Senior Officials from our Defense and Security Forces (FDS). Concrete expression of solidarity and the brotherhood of arms, always active.

This Africa gives pride and hope for the construction of an unavoidable common destiny.

For their constant support for the publication of our Tribunes Citoyennes, for their visibility in particular on the Mali-Niger Fraternity, we would like to express our deep gratitude to Tam Tam info, the Hebdo l’Actualité, the new Republican, the Visionary, and the Quotidien the Morning.
