Finally, exploit the potential of the banks of the Rhône. This is the objective of a text tabled before the summer break by city councilor Vincent Milliard. His motion focuses on the area between Bel-Air and the Sous-Terre bridge: the quai Turrettini, the quai du Seujet, as well as, on the other side, the quai de la Poste, the Bâtiment des Forces Motrices and the rue of the Coulouvreniere. “A no man’s land”, regrets the ecologist.
