The Investigation and Accusation Unit of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP) has registered that the criminal gang of the Clan del Golfo has executed a violent action every 20 minutes.

This organization took action against the civilian population in different regions in retaliation for the extradition of Dairo Antonio Úsuga David, alias Otoniel, a fact that was recorded last Wednesday.

The leader of the prevention team JEP Investigation and Accusation Unit reported that this armed strike has “seriously affected the rights to life and free mobility of Colombian citizens in 119 municipalities in 11 departments.”
