Al-Marsad newspaper: The Real Estate Development Fund clarified today (Saturday) that the request to disburse direct lending payments continues.
He pointed out that this comes in accordance with the decision issued on 18 Rabi’ al-Awwal 1443 AH corresponding to 24 October last.
The Fund stated that the purpose of the request to provide a building completion certificate is to ensure the quality of the buildings, noting that the continuity of support requires the beneficiary to provide a building completion certificate.
He pointed out the necessity of providing a building completion certificate for the self-construction product, within the time limit (3 years), starting from the first batch. This is in accordance with the requirements of the housing support program from the completion of construction
