The fifth edition of the AFA Club Report is now available with the collaboration of FIFA, which aims to report on the current events of the Men’s and Women’s First Division clubs.

At the beginning of the detailed report, the President of the Argentine Football Association, Claudio Tapia, expressed his joy and agreement with the work reflected here. Below are his words:

“On this occasion I am pleased to be able to present to you the fifth edition of the Club Report of the Argentine Football Association. This is a work that has been carried out year after year jointly with all our First Division Clubs to accompany and make visible their advances and progress.

The information has been provided and checked by each of them. You will be able to navigate the AFA portal and find detailed information on different topics, as well as access to previous reports (2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022).

That December 18 marked a before and after in our history.

The FIFA World Championship Qatar 2022 as a setting, where our players and coaching staff once again positioned our team at the top, crowning us with glory and the highest distinction worldwide. An achievement that, without a doubt, will be written in the golden pages of the rich history of our House.

I don’t want to stop thanking our leaders, players, clubs, employees of our house and fans. I always repeat the same thing since we began to walk together the path of the refoundation of Argentine Football: each achievement belongs to all the Argentinians in football and this special World Cup triumph of the national team more than any. During this year we had the possibility to continue growing and showing, once again, all our potential to the world, hosting the FIFA U-20 World Cup, where we managed to provide a successful sporting spectacle organized in record time in less than 60 days, thanks to the dedication , the effort, solidarity and professional capacity of our employees and collaborators.

Grateful to be able to count on the work and support of the clubs that hosted the matches and those that functioned as training camps for the teams we received in our beloved country. My thanks to those who put their effort into all of us every day. the clubs to continue on the path of inclusion, social development and promotion not only in terms of sports, but also in educational and cultural areas in each sector of the Institutions, making our football a world power recognized in all countries. corners of the planet.
