CMR: opening in Fez of the first electronic self-service space

The Caisse Marocaine des Retraites (CMR) proceeded, on Monday in Fez, to the launch of the first electronic self-service space, with the aim of improving the quality of its services for the benefit of affiliates.

This new space will allow users to access the certificates concerning them and to follow their situation via the site “www.cmr.gov.ma”.

This space is a support system allowing members to access the Caisse’s services without having to go to the reception areas, while providing them with an agent who will be responsible for providing information during working hours. This is a pilot experience that will later be extended to the Caisse’s reception areas across the Kingdom.

Khadija El Houdaigui, head of the customer center at CMR, pointed out in a statement to the press that this electronic self-service space is a project that has been scheduled for 2022, as part of the 2022-2024 strategic roadmap, which reinforces CMR’s vision of improving the customer experience, stating that this initiative aims to promote digital administration and make life easier for users.
