Co-founder of Mobius Capital Partners Mark Mobius told CNBC Arabia that he believes that the bear market will continue in the coming period, stressing that the good state of the US market will not last for long.
Mobius predicted that the S&P 500 could fall by 30% to 40%.
Given the current market volatility, Mobius indicated that the investor should convert half of his assets into cash in the current period. In addition to holding 10% of the investment in gold.
With the Fed’s tight monetary policy, Mobius predicted that US bond yields would continue to rise.
Regarding the future of the cryptocurrency sector, expect its prices to fall further and Bitcoin to reach $10,000.
