This Sunday, CocinArte, a takeaway business, located on the corner of Alsina and Viamonte, was inaugurated. In this sense, its owner, José Bustos, told LU 24 that “this is very new, even though I’ve been in the kitchen for a while, leaving on my own is something totally different.”
“I am not a chef, but I have experience, I worked in a kitchen business. I always liked it, one always wants to improve, go forward. My partner, my children, my brothers and my mother accompany me, ”she said.
“We are in Viamonte and Alsina, a corner that is already known for its food. The hours will be from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the morning and from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. in the afternoon, depending on the movement,” he added.
The place offers cakes, empanadas, two varieties of pizza, crumb sandwiches and it is expected that they will incorporate more meals.
