Activision revealed this week that the third season of Call of Duty 2.0 will officially launch in April. With that, players automatically also know that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, the most recent title in the franchise, will also enter its third season.
With Warzone 2.0 being integrated into Modern Warfare II, which has already become standard in CoD, both titles will receive news with the arrival of the new season, which will be released on the 12th of this month.
New operators arrive with the third season
In a post on the official Call of Duty Twitter profile, the developers revealed that the third season will bring characters Valeria Garza and Alejandro Vargas, who appear in the Modern Warfare 2 campaign, as new operators. Just like in the campaign, both are on opposite sides and the developers want to know which team the players are on.

For now, the third season of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 is still a mystery regarding what the games will have once more to show. With the launch of Season 3 very close, fans can look forward to detailed news being revealed in the coming days.
