At the beginning of February, the outdoor space of Tu Trang Tea Shop (on Nhieu Tu Street, Phu Nhuan District) was covered with new colors, bearing the bold Valentine’s atmosphere.

During Valentine’s Day, this place uses 300 Lotso strawberry bears and other accessories to highlight the “plush supermarket” filled with pink.

Van Quy, manager, said that just after the Lunar New Year, the decor team quickly came up with ideas and started implementing to keep up with the schedule.

“In addition to space renovation, we also launched 3 types of water combos for bears with prices ranging from VND 169,000 to VND 299,000. Depending on the branch, the accompanying gift will be a little different,” the male manager shared.

As noted by ZingMany restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City have completed preparations for Valentine’s Day. In particular, the space decoration, menu design and souvenir items for couples are the most focused.

Some managers and representatives shared that although the next week is only February 14, the number of visitors to the shop has begun to increase sharply, many places are still full of reservations.

Romantic concept decoration

After finishing the decoration, April Tea Shop recorded an increasing number of customers, even during the week. Most come because of the lovely and novel concept of the shop and the need to take pictures to check-in.

At peak hours, Van Quy and the busy staff could not return to serving diners and ensuring the decor area was neat and protected from damage. According to Quy, this is the general situation of eating places following the check-in model.

Since its opening in May 2022, the shop has regularly changed its decoration style according to the season to create newness for customers when coming to use the service.

Unlike other shops, Caztus Ice Blended (on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, District 3) does not decorate the space but focuses on special products for Valentine’s Day.

According to Le Thuy, a marketing staff, the names of the three newly launched drinks will correspond to this year’s Valentine’s message “Love, Cao Lao and Xam Xi”. Set of 3 is inspired by lovely stories of dating, mixed with the sweet and sour taste of the main ingredient, black currant.

Besides the main product, the shop also launched a collection of glasses, Marshmallow candy, heart-shaped cookies, 5 types of self-designed stickers to add color to the festival of love. In which, 1 out of 3 items sold out right from the first days on the shelves.

“Diners who come to drink water on February 14 will receive small gifts from Caztus, including vouchers and confectionery. This Valentine’s season, we want to convey the happiest and most positive things about love through the taste and service experience at the shop,” Thuy said.

According to Thuy, on February 14, the number of customers coming to the shop will be three times higher than on a normal day. The shop plans to increase staff to work in shifts to keep up with the needs of customers.
