The staff of the Love Association found that the animal cage was carried by the abandoned man who came to ask about it just now. At that time, the temperature exceeded 30 degrees, and there was no water or food in the cage. They then checked the CCTV and found that after the man left the center, he walked directly to a secluded place opposite the gas station, put the cat cage next to the trash can, and then fled towards Aimin Village.
