ORLANDO, Florida– A cold front that is currently over the center of the country will move eastward in the next few hours. This frontal system will be leaving severe weather conditions in some states, such as Louisiana and Alabama, and even portions of the extreme northwest of Florida. However, it will weaken before reaching our area.

Overall, Wednesday looks cloudy and windy, with gusts that can reach 25 mph in some areas. The rains associated with the cold front will be arriving during the afternoon and evening hours of Wednesday.

Between 5 and 7 p.m. showers will be over portions of Marion and Lake counties. Orange, Volsia and Polk counties will receive rain between 7 and 11 p.m., while Osceola and the southern area will receive precipitation after 11 p.m.

Wednesday looks very hot, this prior to the passage of the cold front. Highs will be between 83 and 85°F. After the passage of the cold front, the next few days look cooler with maximum values ​​in the 70°F for Thursday and 63°F for Friday.
