Recently referred, the 26-year-old French national was finally informed of her fate on Tuesday. Coline Fay had thus been indicted, by the judge of the Second Cabinet, for attempted irregular exit of correspondence, unauthorized proposal of conspiracy against the authority of the State, attempt to deliver to a foreign power information which must be kept secret but also acts or maneuvers likely to compromise public security, reports Libération.
Very serious facts were referred to in the prosecution’s indictment transmitted to the investigating magistrate. The newspaper learned from authorized sources that very advanced negotiations were underway on the Paris-Dakar axis to expel Coline Fay from the territory as was the case with Juan Branco, Ousmane Sonko’s French lawyer.

As a reminder, Coline Fay has been placed under arrest warrant since November 23 by the same judge of the second cabinet. She was arrested before the Supreme Court on November 17, on the sidelines of the examination of Ousmane Sonko’s case, then targeted for acts and maneuvers likely to compromise public security but also conspiracy against state authority.
