Colorful balloons dance on the Murinsel footbridge, garlands adorn the railing, a crowd of children in party hats romps towards the staircase. Led by the hand of a Cobra special unit. Onlookers linger on the bridge while armed security forces repeatedly turn away passers-by: there is no access to the Murinsel today, there is nothing to see. A clown comes into the picture between Cobra and children. He was just funny, but now he’s staring at his oversized shoes with a sad expression. He appears to have come into conflict with the law; a policewoman stands sternly towards him and two other tall figures in brown suits approach. Resigned, the clown slowly peels off his outfit. Below comes Michael Ostrowski to appear.
