The service Emergency SOS from Apple remains unavailable in Brazil but, in iOS 18, Maçã launched a new function for moments when you may be in emergency situations.
This is the Emergency SOS Live Video (Emergency SOS Live Video)which allows you to stream live video or send existing photos and videos to emergency services if requested. See how to use it! 
To share the live video, tap “Share” if you receive a request. To pause or restart sharing, simply select the “Camera” button. To stop sharing at any time, choose the red button and “Stop Sharing Camera” or “Off”.
To share existing videos or photos, tap “Choose” when prompted and choose the photos and/or videos you want to send to emergency services.
To decline the call, simply choose “Not Now”.
