The Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA (Bank) encloses the notifications received about transactions in financial instruments within the meaning of the regulations on trading in financial instruments (subscription of series M shares in the exercise of rights arising from series A4 warrants – Appendix No. 1 and subscription of series N shares in exercise of rights arising from series B1 warrants – Appendix No. 2) made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities.
