A Loiretaine filed a complaint for “rape”, considering that her mother, placed in the Ehpad Le Bois Fleuri, in Saran, and suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, might not consent in any way to have a report sex with a resident. The facts took place at the end of May, in broad daylight, within the very walls of the establishment.
She is angry. “I entrusted my mother to them to take care of her and watch her. How can we imagine for a single moment that she might, given her pathology, consent to such an act? It’s absurd .”
