The Comprehensive Health Insurance Law aims to provide the necessary medical services to citizens in a social solidarity system, with the participation of all members of society. The Authority is responsible for following up on the treatment of the insured at any of the health service providers provided by the system until they are cured, their condition stabilizes, or their incapacity is proven. The insured has the right to choose treatment agencies from among the entities contracting with the Authority to provide the service according to the specified referral levels.
