Amendments to the legislation have been introduced to the State Duma, which propose to extend payments to educators of dead soldiers in all cases from the beginning of the special operation.
The current law applies to payments for compulsory state insurance only in the event of the death of participants in the SVO following July 14, 2022. Thus, now people who lost their loved ones in the NWO zone before July 14 cannot count on payments.
The bill will affect the actual educators of the fighters who died in the first months of the NMD – older brothers or sisters, grandparents, and other relatives. It will allow them to receive payments for compulsory state insurance.
