Kozhikode: The dispute over the name of the Congress-Palestine Unity Rally has ended. The rally will be held on the beach opposite the beach hospital, 200 meters away from the freedom square on Kozhikode beach, which has been decided for the government’s Navakerala Sadas.

DCC Provident K. said that following the District Collector’s explanation that another event cannot be held two days before the Chief Minister’s program due to security reasons, the Congress District Committee changed the venue. Praveen Kumar said. Minister Muhammad Riaz also said that the Palestinian unity rally should not be interrupted by controversy and war of words. Praveen Kumar clarified.
For the past two days, there has been a war of words between the leaders, showing that the CPM is obstructing the Congress-Palestine rally. KPCC President K. Sudhakaran and Vice President T. Siddique announced that if the Congress decided to hold a program, it would be held there, but the venue was changed in the evening. AICC General Secretary KC Venugopal will inaugurate the rally on 23rd evening.
