Construction prices in Austria only know one direction, namely upwards: According to calculations by Statistics Austria, in the second quarter of 2023 the construction price index for building construction and civil engineering increased by 5.9 percent compared to the second quarter of 2022 to 121.9 points. Compared to the previous quarter, the increase was one percent.
