CATFISH. Due to its size, it is not an everyday construction project that the non-profit family cooperative wants to realize in the north of Wels from autumn 2023: around 205 subsidized rental apartments are to be built at the Toiflweg/Karpatenstraße intersection. Construction is scheduled to start at the end of the year, with the first 70 apartments to be completed in the second half of 2025. The cooperative estimates the investment volume at 70 million euros.
