HOW TO COLLECT THE SOLIDARITY INCOME VIA DIGITAL CITIZEN FOLDER?
- Enter ingresosolidario.prosperidadsocial.gov.co.
- Click the sign up button, located at the top right of the page.
- in the service of Citizen Digital Authenticationlog in with your ID number, if you are already registered enter here.
- In the type of access, select registration with identity document and continue with the process.
- Once you are registered, go back to the program page and log in (steps 1, 2 and 3).
- Upon entering the system, a window will appear with the information of the registered user. Check the data and close the window.
- Click the button consult drafts and beneficiaries. A window will appear with information related to your household (if you are a beneficiary, status of the household, etc.).
HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM A BENEFICIARY OF SOLIDARITY INCOME?
To check if a person is a beneficiary of the program, the following must be done:
- Enter the web address https://ingresosolidario.prosperidadsocial.gov.co/ and click on the banner or button that says ‘Check drafts’ and ‘beneficiaries in process’.
- A tab will open within the same page, which requests some information that must be entered, such as: type of document, document number, first name, first surname and document issue date.
- Click on the box that is accompanied by the phrase ‘I am not a robot’ to validate that it is not a cybercriminal.
- Click on the banner or blue button ‘Consult’. The system confirms if you want to check if you are a beneficiary with the entered document number, which you must accept.
- Finally, the tab will expand and the information will appear confirming if you are a beneficiary, the name and the entity or method in which you receive the monthly payments.
Remember that if the subsidy is already available to claim, it must be taken into account that the person must approach the SuperGiros points or allies with the original ID. In order to withdraw the money, you will be asked to do a biometric validation process, which basically consists of registering the fingerprint to verify the identity of the beneficiary.
