The only thing you should take into account to verify the payment is that you must be registered on the Sisbén platform and you must not belong to other social programs that the Government of Colombia also offers, such as VAT Refund, Colombia Mayor, Jovenes en Acción and Families in Action.

Solidarity Income: how to verify by the DPS?

To verify if you are a beneficiary of the program, you must register on the program page. Here we tell you how to do it:

Enter ingresosolidario.prosperidadsocial.gov.co
Click the SIGN UP button located at the top right of the page.
In the Citizen Digital Authentication service, log in with your ID number if you are already registered or go to REGISTER HERE.
In the TYPE OF ACCESS, select REGISTRATION WITH IDENTITY DOCUMENT and continue with the process.
Once you are registered, go back to the program page and log in (steps 1, 2 and 3).
Upon entering the system, a window will appear with the information of the registered user. Check the data and close the window.
Click on the CONSULT DRAFT AND BENEFICIARIES button. Finally, a window will appear with the information related to your household (if you are a beneficiary, state of the household, etc.).

Solidarity Income: deposit dates in October

Since last Monday, September 26, the Solidarity Income transfer corresponding to the cycles has been paid 30 and 31, which are the payments for September and October. The deposit is destined for more than 3.5 million beneficiaries, but it will only be delivered until the middle of October.

How to register for the Solidarity Income payment?

The Colombian program known as Solidarity Income does not handle registrations or raffles of any kind. The selection of potential beneficiaries is made through the information registered in the Sisbén. Likewise, it is worth remembering that all payments corresponding to 2022 began to be deposited from the second week of March and will be made every two months.

Solidarity Income Payment Amount

1. Households with one person per household:

Group A: $420,000 Colombian pesos.
Group B: $410,000 Colombian pesos.

2. Households with two or more people per household:

Group A: $435,000 Colombian pesos.
Group B: $420,000 Colombian pesos.

Finally, households that are part of group C, according to the Sisbén IV classification, will continue to receive 400,000 pesos every two months.

Solidarity Income via SuperGIROS: how to collect?

If you are not banked, you can find out about the claim for the Solidarity Income amount through SuperGIROS, you will have to enter the official website: www.supergiros.com.co. There they should check if they are registered and if they are enabled to withdraw the payment. After completing this step, each user, with their ID in hand (original), must go to the collection point and will be asked to carry out the respective verification by placing their fingerprint on the corresponding reader.

How to withdraw the money order for Daviplata?

If you were assigned Ahorro a la mano, Nequi, MOVII or Daviplata, you must download the financial product on your cell phone and you will receive the corresponding money order there.
