Consumption outside the home boosts Mavolo Beverages’ accounts

The recovery in out-of-home consumption is driving the growth of Mavolo Beverages, a company specializing in the distribution of drinks and spirits present throughout Italy, which doubles its staff in the space of two years (+94%) and in 2023 exceeds 100 million in turnover , almost reaching 102 million, with a +10% on 2022. As regards the products in the catalogue, gin, already a best seller of the previous year, confirmed its good performance, while whiskey essentially maintained the sales levels of 2022. These data demonstrate how consumer preferences are increasingly moving towards products that were previously considered niche. The exclusive selection Anthology by Mavolo in 2023 achieved a 25% increase compared to 2022. Consumers are showing a growing interest in agave-based spirits, the ingredient with which tequila and mezcal are produced. The number of exclusive labels available in the catalog is also constantly growing: at the end of 2022 there were 165, while at the beginning of 2024 it already had 344 different references. Among these are the famous South American Cachaça 51 and Black Sinner and Iovem, two new products designed by the world bartending champion and entrepreneur Bruno Vanzan and his creative genius.
