The Georgia Albuquerque Arq office, in partnership with the architect Paula Neves, developed the project for this house with a total area of 500m², including the built area and the garden.
The rooms include a garden with a fire pit, swimming pool, living, dining, gourmet, home theater, kitchen, laundry, an employee suite, four suites, office and rooftop.

Located in Alto de Pinheiros, São Paulo, the project was inspired by the search for maximum comfort and functionality, from the transformation of the upper floor plan to meet the needs of a family made up of the couple and three daughters, to the selection of furniture and finishes.
The showcase wine cellar and the “floating” stone wall with fireplace in the living room stand out, solutions that maintained visual integration with the external area of the house and its landscaping.
Classified as contemporary, the project underwent significant architectural changes, especially in the upper floor plan to adapt to the needs of residents.
