Investigations with the woman accused of killing her twin children in Hurghada revealed that she is currently in a new pregnancy in the third month, but she did not identify the father of her new fetus.

The details of the incident go back to when a 32-year-old woman named A.M.A. arrived at Hurghada General Hospital claiming the death of her 4-year-old twin daughters due to a gas leak.

And with the apparent medical examination of the two girls, it was found that there were traces of suffocation in the neck area, and the existence of a criminal suspicion in the death of the two girls.

Investigations revealed that the accused mother failed to obtain birth certificates for them, after she gave birth to her twins in Hurghada General Hospital 4 years ago.

Preliminary investigations showed that the apparent medical examination of the two bodies showed that there were suffocation injuries in the neck area, with the possibility of a criminal suspicion in the death, and the security services were notified of the incident.
